Motion is Lotion with a Movement Stick w/Katja Lilja

In this webinar we go through some basic exercise physiology and sports conditioning principles in a practical way. And then we apply these ideas to practice with the help of the Movement Stick. We start with a lecture and then we move on to practice!

Movement Stick is a NEW training innovation for full body practice: You can use it in multiple ways in order to develop strength, flexibility, coordination, agility, speed, balance and endurance. The only limit is your imagination!

If you do not have a movement stick yet, you can use any kind of solid stick on our practice session. Of course this means that you might need to improvise little bit, because of the differences between our tools. But improvisation sounds like a play and that is what we love! You might find something interesting with your tool!
