Widening Circles: Mandalasana

This workshop will focus on some playful ways to practice the pose mandalasana. The classes will include a variety of poses that will help increase proprioception, range of motion, dynamic stability and balance, which are all very important when approaching this wonderfully circular and multidimensional pose (process) called mandalasana.
