In this workshop we will explore and expand our sense of kinesphere: the movement space or space surrounding the body in stillness and in motion. We will also explore and expand our internal use of space. We will engage with a variety of both dynamic and quiet sequences. And we will play with fresh ways to enter and exit poses, as well as deepen our understanding of how our limbs relate to our center and vise/versa. In this playful workshop we will progressively move from earth to ether as we open up, enlarge spatial awareness, but also stabilize and balance our bodies spatially and harmoniously.
