In these three sessions (October 17, November 7, and December 5) we will focus on innovative, fun and inspiring ways to use a chair in yoga practice. This will not be chair yoga as you know it. We will utilize the chair as a tool, as a support, and as an instrument to aid us in the intention to bring space, breath, and awareness to the various layers or sheaths of our embodiment. In many ways the chair will be like a dance partner with whom we will be sharing a deep and joyful dance of awareness.
We will practice both with and without the chair--and perhaps will never look at a chair in quite the same way again!
